Sound has become an important part of my spiritual work.

I began facilitating sound experiences in 2020, and over the years I have witnessed how beautifully sound can create space for people to slow down, become present, reconnect with themselves, and simply receive.

As my own relationship with sound deepened, I felt called to do more than facilitate sound experiences. I wanted to teach, mentor, and create opportunities for other sound practitioners to discover their own unique relationship with sacred sound.

Today, I teach a four-part Sound Therapy series of full-day classes, mentor students as they develop their practices, and co-facilitate monthly Sacred Healing Sound Baths at Discover Your Spiritual Gifts with a variety of talented sound practitioners.

Harmony Quintessence feels like a beautiful evolution of that journey.

Harmony Quintessence—HQ—brings together five sound practitioners:

• Each of us has our own relationship with sound.

• Each of us brings different instruments, techniques, experiences, and energy into the space.

• And when all five of us come together, something very different happens.

Rather than listening to one instrument or following one practitioner through a traditional sound bath, you are surrounded by layers of sound moving throughout the room.

• Powerful gongs.

• Native flute.

• Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.

• Drums.

• Chimes.

• Rain and ocean sounds.

• Seed instruments.

And many other beautiful sacred sounds and vibrations.

At times, the experience may feel powerful and expansive. At other moments, it may become quiet, gentle, and deeply soothing.

The sounds weave together to create an immersive journey that is never exactly the same twice.

Each practitioner contributes different instruments and sound traditions, creating layers of tones, frequencies, rhythms, and vibrations throughout the room.
