Every year, I offer a special Valentine’s Day experience centered on the most important relationship you will ever have—the relationship you share with yourself.

The Sacred Art of Choosing Yourself is an invitation to stop placing yourself last and begin honoring your heart, your needs, your truth, and your worth. Choosing yourself does not mean rejecting others or becoming selfish. It means learning to remain lovingly connected to yourself while caring for the people and responsibilities in your life.

During this heart-centered experience, we will explore the difference between self-love, self-worth, self-respect, and self-devotion. You will be invited to recognize the ways you may abandon yourself, diminish your needs, struggle to receive, or seek love and validation outside yourself.

Through meaningful teachings, guided reflection, sacred ritual, creative activities, and community connection, you will begin creating a more compassionate and devoted relationship with yourself.
