Nurturing Your Heart: A Journey of Self Love
Join Vialet as she sets a sacred space focused on self-love. Bring a friend or family member and embark on this heart-centered journey together.
The program will begin with Chocolate Rose Tea while pulling a card and receiving an insightful message. There will be chocolate covered strawberries.
Participants will reflect on two key questions: What is self-love? How can we nurture our heart?
SELF LOVE PRACTICES
Together, we’ll explore practices and make commitments to nurture ourselves. Program highlights include:
Creating your own essential oil blend for love
Writing a heartfelt love letter to yourself. The letter will be mailed to you later.
Crafting a bath salt mixture to pamper and nourish your body
You will take home:

Rollerball of Essential Oil Blend
A Glass Jar of Bath Salts
A Bag for all of your gifts
This event happens in the month of February.
