As Vice President of Human Resources for a Fortune 500 company, Vialet played a pivotal role in expanding one of the company’s locations from 80 to 800 employees in just 18 months. She was instrumental in building scalable HR infrastructures and guiding fast-growing organizations through complex change and growth.

With over a decade of experience as a college professor, she has taught undergraduate and graduate-level courses in Business, Leadership, Human Resources, and Career Management.
